Warranty Period

  • All custom pieces are covered by a 99 year warranty.

What Is Covered

  • workmanship defects and material failures, including but not limited to:

  • Loose or missing stones due to setting failure

  • Shank snapping or cracking under normal wear

  • Prong failure or bending compromising stone security

  • Solder joint separation

  • Clasp or closure malfunction

  • Structural defects in the piece as crafted

What is not covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Issues caused by third-party products or services not provided by Anderson Creations

I stand behind the quality of every services and goods I provide. My warranty reflects the commitment to my craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Depending on the service, the warranty on that will differ slightly.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact me within the warranty period with a description of the issue and your proof of purchase details. I will assess the concern and work to resolve it promptly.

Jewellery Repair

Warranty Period

  • All repair work is covered for 6 months from the date of completion

What Is Covered

  • workmanship defects and material failures, including but not limited to:

  • Re-tipping or prong re-setting failure

  • Solder joint separation at the repair site

  • Clasp or closure malfunction following repair

  • Stone re-setting failure

  • Ring re-sizing defects (cracking or splitting at the join)

What is not covered

  • Damage to pre-existing weaknesses or wear not related or included to the repair

  • Further damage caused by misuse, neglect, or impact after collection

  • Issues caused by third-party alterations after repair

  • Pre-existing conditions documented at the time of intake that are not included in the repair details

  • Normal surface wear (scratches, patina)

Jewellery clean and polish Service

Warranty Period

  • All cleaning and polishing services are covered for 30 days from the date of completion.

What Is Covered

  • Quality of the clean or polish as performed by Anderson Creations

  • Any damage directly caused by our cleaning process on a piece in sound condition at intake

What is not covered

  • Stone loss or damage where pre-existing looseness, damage, or wear was present at intake

  • Any issues arising from pieces cleaned against professional recommendation

  • Damage revealed or worsened by the cleaning process due to pre-existing weaknesses (e.g. fragile settings, cracked stones, worn prongs)

  • Normal surface wear post-service

Important Notice All pieces are assessed prior to cleaning. Where pre-existing concerns are identified (such as loose stones or compromised settings), the customer will be advised before any work begins. Anderson Creations accepts no liability for damage arising from pre-existing conditions.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Anderson Creations reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, re-service, or credit toward future services.
